Race description

Trun Ultra Run is an ultramarathon mountain running race held in the picturesque region of Kraiishte, centered in the village of Turokovtsi, Trun Municipality. The race offers four routes of varying lengths and elevation gains, passing through the Ruy, Ezimir and Reben mountains, with numerous panoramic views and diverse terrain from soft trails to rocky sections. Organized by the Trun Tourist Society with the support of Trun Municipality, the event is suitable for mountain running enthusiasts seeking a challenge and beautiful nature.

Additional information

All routes are circular with start and finish in Turokovtsi village. Support stations with water and food are available along the routes, but cups are not provided. Each participant must have mandatory insurance. Medical personnel and an ambulance are available at the start/finish. Use of GPS tracks in .gpx format is recommended. The routes are circular, with support points and medical assistance; participants must carry mandatory equipment and use GPS tracks. The race is part of a series of routes and is certified by ITRA.
