Race description
Kom Epic Half Ultra Berkovitsa is a mountain race, part of the Bulgarian Half Ultra Challenge Series, held in the Western Balkan Mountains. The start is at Yordan Radichkov Square in Berkovitsa, at an elevation of 405 m, and the courses climb to Kom Peak (2,016 m), with impressive views of the Danubian Plain, the Rila Mountains and the Rhodope Mountains. Participants can choose from three distances, which are the same for mountain running and mountain biking. The event also includes a children’s race and a rich program for children after the race.

Free parking at Yordan Radichkov Square, next to the Municipality building. On-site payment by bank transfer, Revolut, PayPal or ePay during registration from 6:30 to 8:00. Children’s yoga, games and cake after the race. Mountain running and mountain biking starts over different distances, as well as a 1 km children’s race. The race is part of an ultramarathon series and is intended for runners seeking a serious mountain challenge.
