Race description
Pirin Ultra is a mountain ultramarathon held in Pirin National Park, a UNESCO-listed site. The race offers several distances suited to skyrunning and mountain-running enthusiasts, with stunning views and challenging terrain. Participants can enjoy a unique experience amid Bulgaria’s natural scenery, combining sport and adventure. The event takes place in Bansko and attracts runners from around the world.

Additional information
For the 38 km and 160 km distances, 2 and 4 ITRA points, respectively, from a previous race are required to register. Registration and gear checks are mandatory and take place at designated times before the start. Transport to the start area is provided for the 25 km distance. The awards ceremony takes place at Central Square in Bansko. A multi-distance race featuring an ultramarathon and mountain routes, with exceptional natural views.
