The Eastern Rhodopes race is an ultrarunning event held in the Krumovgrad area, known for its rich biodiversity and mystical history. The courses pass through unique natural phenomena and megalithic monuments, such as Sheytan Dere and Kovil, offering challenging technical descents and climbs. The race is suitable for both experienced runners and enthusiasts who want to enjoy the wilderness and adventurous spirit of the Eastern Rhodopes. The organizers provide course marking, medals, timing and photographers, and participants can also run with pets. The use of reusable water bottles is encouraged.
